We will also hold the delivery address(es) for your orders and the password information associated with your account. We also maintain a record of your product selections. When you register for an account you will be entitled to receive updates from us in relation to our products you will need to give your name and contact information, as well as certain information in relation to your interest in fishing which we use in deciding future product launches and ensuring that you receive information from us which is likely to be of interest to you. 
When you order products from us, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask you for your telephone number which will enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. It may be necessary for us to pass on your contact details to carriers used by us to deliver products to you.
We use the information we hold on your records for operational purposes; for example processing your order, dealing with queries, tracking deliveries, reviewing past purchases. Your order history enables us to tailor our product range and marketing information (e.g. promotions and special offers) to your requirements. All the information we hold is used to improve your customer experience. Any successor to Deáky Ltdl may use your information on the same basis. We also use the information to keep you up to date with Deáky Ltd mail outs and sending emails as appropriate. We do not make our mailing list (postal or e-mail) available to any other companies outside Deáky Ltd.

We realise how important it is to securely store any information that you provide. Deáky Ltd maintains high levels of security. Our Site uses high-level encryption technology. This means that ordering via our Site is even more secure than ordering over the phone. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window.
We do NOT collect or store any credit or debit card numbers or the card's expiry date from this website as credit card payment is not possible on our website.
